Wenji Xu received her BS degree in law from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) in 2001, and her MA degree in communication management from Annenberg School for Communication of University of Southern California (USC). She has been with England Logistic, a C.R. England Company since June 2004, where she is currently a customer service manager of the International Freight Division. 

Wenji Xu was the President of the students union in the School of Humanity in SJTU from 1998 to 2000. In 2001, she received the Prestige “Lisa Lu Scholarship” (卢燕奖学金) from SJTU, which sponsored her study and living for the master degree in USC.  

Wenji Xu was the vice President of Chiao Tung (Jiao Tong) University Alumni Association of Southern California (CTUAA-SC) from 2005 to 2007. Currently she serves as the Director of Communication of Shanghai Jiao Tong University Education Foundation of Northern America (SJTUFA).
